ALL ABOARD

The tasks I have for final presentation night are on the way to their destination...

I spent a lot of time formatting the pages of my book to finalize. When I was working on it at school, the fonts weren’t exactly how they looked on my laptop. When I talked to my ISM teacher about my ideas on how I want to put my book together, she recommended that I check the margins, so the binding doesn't interfere with the text on the page. I also created the front cover, title page, and summary for the back cover to complete the book. After working on the book, I researched the different weights that card stock comes in. I did this because my teacher recommended that instead of using three sheets to layer up one page, I should use heavier weighing card stock for the text and flap, and lighter weight for the pictures underneath the flap. I will visit the store and search my options, building up to giving my artists the printed pages as soon as possible so that the illustrations can begin.

While working on the book, I created a list of things that I need to complete for final presentation night. I want to add lights to my display board and change some sections, which I will work on this week. I also have created invitations and a guest list so I will try to complete giving invites by the end of this week.
