I'm on that push to winter break...

I finally got a great idea for my original work! After talking to my mentor, it hit me that I should base my original work on a topic in pediatrics that has held various controversies over time and continues to hold differing viewpoints: vaccines. My mentor was telling me about her encounters with patients that refuse to vaccinate their child because they've heard terrifying rumors and stories about issues with vaccines. Even though she tried to educate the parents on vaccines and clear any doubts they had, they were still not convinced and aggressively ended the discussion. I proposed this idea to my ISM teacher, and she loved it! Can't wait to start working on it.

I have three weeks to complete my original work. But while I work on that, I will also work on creating my trifold poster for winter showcase. I will also use this poster at the final presentation night. I need to incorporate my branding and update my professional portfolio that will also be on display. Therefore, I need to carefully plan how I want the board to look like and buy the materials I need.

With so many things due before winter break, I am a bit stressed, but the only way to reduce that stress is to work on it.
